Ever try to sell your home with we buy houses fast co?

Ever try to sell your home with on of those we buy houses fast companies? I have been transferred out of state and needed to sale my home quick. I contacted Property resource Corp. They are the biggest rip offs in town. First they try to buy your home for far less then what it is worth then they try to stick you with outrageous fees. There web site says they don’t charge fees but once you read the fine print you find they charge you all kinds of fees. Needless to say I didn’t go with this company. I was just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences?

    l would rather go with a real estate company rather then them l just don`t trust these kind of companies

    Dit is vriendelijk van standaardpraktijk voor deze types van firma’s. De reden zij bereid zijn om uw huis te kopen is zo snel zodat kunnen zij het krijgen manier onder marktwaarde en daarom het verkopen aan iemand anders bij een winst. Als zij uw huis voor marktwaarde of zelfs enkel een weinig onder marktwaarde they' kochten; D verliest geld aangezien zij alle soorten kosten in omhoog het bevestigen van en het resaling van uw huis hebben. Ook, waarom zij zelfs zouden willen dichtbij kopen uw huis bij aan marktwaarde wanneer er waarschijnlijk velen zijn, vele huizen voor verkoop op MLS die zij aan deze prijs kunnen krijgen.
